Small Group Personal Training SM

Small Group Personal Training (Session 1)

Join us for 4 weeks in this small group setting and experience the best of what a personal training session has to offer. At a fraction of the cost to one-on-one personal training a certified personal trainer will guide you in specific skill-based movement, improved posture and alignment and will be able to help you individually identify your fitness goals and get you started on the right track. Experience the one-on-one training with correction and guidance while having fun working out in a small group.

Pre-Natal Yoga

Reconnect with the age old wisdom inside of you that intuitively understands about the very natural process of birth. This program will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic floor muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort as well as reducing stress and improving sleep patterns. Yoga can also help to alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. Breathing techniques learned will help during delivery with self-awareness.
